A little project throwback to celebrate the incredible, inspiring work of Aundra Designs & CO and Marnella Homes do.

This home was created a few years ago to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, with Chown and many other organizations donating materials to help bring the project to life. Once completed, the home was sold, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the children’s hospital. At the heart of the project was a shared mission: to create a beautiful home that gives back and supports the health and well-being of others.

That same philosophy carries into one of the duo’s newest projects, The Aria – Italian for “air.” The home puts wellness at the forefront with advanced intelligent air management, multiple comfort zones, and sensors designed to maintain fresh, healthy indoor air around the clock. Even the lighting was thoughtfully designed to enhance the home’s elegance while supporting the natural circadian rhythms of those who live there.

Chown was proud to contribute kitchen and bath products that complement the home’s focus on wellness. A Galley Workstation helps keep the kitchen clean and organized, a BainUltra freestanding tub creates a space for rest and relaxation, an Icera bidet toilet offers a hygienic, self-cleaning experience, Waterworks faucets and shower systems bring a luxurious ease to everyday routines, and more.

And soon, you’ll be able to experience The Aria for yourself!

Named after the brand’s factory at 100 Leopold St. in Birmingham, England. The collection celebrates how Samuel Heath products have been designed and manufactured in the heart of England for two centuries.
