We have our own cabinet factory that makes our birch hardwood cabinets. That means we can closely control the build quality. If we find problems with a new order, we're on the phone with the factory immediately about how to fix the situation. We even have a Sherwin Williams rep who works onsite at the factory to make sure our professional grade cabinet paints and stains are applied correctly.

For stone, we have close relationships with our suppliers, and we make sure to only source the highest quality Grade A slabs. We even do extra stuff like asking our stone factories to make our slabs pre-polished on three sides to help our customers save money on labor.

And this level of detail and care doesn't stop at stone and cabinets. Our shower doors, shower panels, sinks and faucets, and composite flooring and siding are all sourced through suppliers that are carefully vetted by our management team to ensure they are made well and built to last.

There's a reason why we recommend engineered quartz countertops to most people, like these beautiful Qatari White tops that were just installed for our customer by our professional in-house crew.

Quartz countertops are great because:
- They're non-porous (no divots/holes on the surfact), meaning they don't need to be sealed and are much easier to clean and maintain.

At , we occasionally like to drop a not-so-humble brag about our professional, in-house installation crews.

This time, they built a fully-custom shower surround for a customer using French Persia quartz to match their bathroom counters.

They measured, cut, and fabricated the stone entirely onsite, and then installed these big, heavy panels without making a single ding, dent, or scratch on the customer's walls or flooring.

In the stone world, that's the equivalent of pitching a perfect game.
