🍎 Apple Crisp Bourbon Cocktail
2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz apple crisp simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
2 dashes bitters
1 oz apple cider (optional, but adds a great apple flavor)
Shake hard with ice and strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
Garnish: thin apple slice + cinnamon stick, or a light sprinkle of cinnamon/nutmeg.
