Three years today! We can’t be mor greatful for all who have contributed … we have a great group of techs, helpers, and office staff.

Wonderful customers who keep calling upon us and referring us to family and friends.

Good suppliers who are always there when we need them.

Hired through Home Warranty to provide a service call for a Mrs. Midgette
Called our office cussing and yelling cause her work was above authorization and. could not be completed during the visit and had to be submitted to warranty company
Then wanted us to look at something that wasn’t on the work order provided by warranty company
Informed we are allow to look at items on work order
Let her know she would be cussing at
my office staff
We would submit to warranty for authorization if approved we would order parts and be in touch to reschedule
Said we were scammers
Called us names and cussed at us more
Very unprofessional
We informed her as well as her family did in background there is a procedure

Not who you want to deal with if you have an issue - foul mouth and not professional not to mention what she was calling office staff
