πͺπ§ Sometimes the little things can cause bigger problems!
We recently had a commercial customer call us out because they were having trouble with the front door lock. The metal ring around the lock had come loose, and the repeated movement was starting to cause damage to the flooring underneath.
Our technician inspected the door and found that the bottom thumb turn needed to be repaired. He also replaced and secured the metal ring around the lock to help prevent further movement and keep it from continuing to damage the floor.

Another example of how a small hardware issue can turn into a bigger maintenance problem if it's left unchecked.
Sometimes it's not just about fixing the lockβit's about looking at everything around it and finding what is causing the problem in the first place.
