🏠 Exterior Refresh Completed in Kittery, Maine

We recently completed this exterior painting project in Kittery, giving this home a fresh new look and helping protect it for the years ahead.

Years of weather exposure had left behind peeling paint, damaged trim, and failing siding. Our team completed the necessary repairs, replaced all trim with AZEK, and thoroughly prepared the surfaces before painting.

For the new color palette, the homeowner selected Benjamin Moore Oak Ridge 235 for the siding and Benjamin Moore Cloud White OC-130 for the trim and doors. We used Benjamin Moore Element Guard Low Lustre to provide long-lasting protection and durability against the New England weather.

The result is a clean, timeless exterior that's ready for many seasons ahead.

EXTERIOR PAINTING IN PROGRESS 👊

The homeowners told us they were tired of looking at an exterior that felt worn down.

After replacing damaged siding and trims, addressing problem areas, and preparing the surfaces, we're now bringing new life back to the home with Benjamin Moore Van Deusen Blue and White Dove.

This project has included siding repairs, AZEK trim replacement, woodpecker hole repairs, deck board replacement, removal of an unused wall-mounted AC unit, and replacement of an aging dryer vent before the repaint moved forward.

Now the new finish is going on, and the transformation is becoming visible with every section completed.

EXTERIOR PAINTING IN PROGRESS 👊

One of the biggest challenges for homeowners isn't always the repairs themselves.

It's finding the time to deal with them before they become bigger problems.

For this Kittery home, years of weather exposure had left behind faded paint, peeling surfaces, deteriorated trim, damaged siding, and a gutter issue that was contributing to excessive water exposure.

With a demanding work schedule and frequent travel, it was easy for those issues to stay on the to-do list longer than intended.

Now that the project is underway, we're focused on addressing the conditions that allowed the exterior to deteriorate in the first place.
