Just cleaned my dryer vent yesterday. This came out of only 8’ of the duct. It’s over 9” deep.

Summary of Risks
Clogged Vents: Clogged dryer vents contribute to 34% of all dryer fires, highlighting the importance of regular maintenance.
Preventable Fires: Many of these incidents are preventable through proper cleaning and maintenance of dryer vents and lint traps.
Regularly cleaning the lint filter and ductwork can significantly reduce the risk of fire.
