Yes, we took a long break.
Life happened. Big life.
We’ve adjusted to a new season for Marilyn with her heart journey, and while things look a little different, the mission didn’t change. We’re still here. Still educating. Still showing up. Yup, some of our podcast are recorded in recliners - because we want to share that you can still be on a health journey and show up AS YOU ARE!

PSST… we’re also writing a book together 😍
Swag will come later, once we get used to being back on the airwaves. There’s now a three-hour drive between us, so recording, editing, posting, and breathing all take a little extra coordination.

The Farmgirls are together!
Mama is bringing plants to her brother!
I planted Cherokee purple and a Juliet and 3 red bell peppers and a celery- all planted with our wet to wet planting method!

We are in my Pilates studio enjoying the box fan, water in our cups, and sitting in my little art room that’s just to relax in!
