When you take a week off to go to the beach on vacation. You get sent up into an attic your first day back. Those are the rules.
And contrary to popular opinion in the trades, electricians do know how to use brooms. We just dont like to, so we make the newest guy do it.

Does the construction in your home make it impossible to run new wires without having to patch some drywall?

This customer needed to add some receptacles quickly to satisfy a certificate of occupancy inspection. We added wiremold boxes in 3 rooms and installed AFCI/GFCI receptacles to protect the new wiring as per code.
We also installed a Switch/GFCI in a 2nd floor bathroom.

All done with proper permits and required inspection.

Every piece of material coming back into the shop from any jobsite cleanout has to be vigorously inspected. Any outer jacket cuts or any other issues and it would be tossed right into the scrap pile.

These rolls of Romex have been 100% Freckles approved and are cleared to go back onto the trucks to be ran on the next one.

On this fine Saturday, we had the opportunity to fix this fire-damaged unit. The fire caused damage to the service cable and other circuits. We relocated the panel and circuits to the most suitable location. We extended all the existing circuits to the new panel while removing all fire-damaged wire. We installed arc-fault circuit interrupters on any wire we extended per NEC. For any electrical repairs, please reach out to 484-300-6304.

After a few long dusty days, we are past the halfway point of the week. And we are way past the halfway point on this complete rewire. All of the old k**b and tube or ungrounded wiring is removed. 2nd and 3rd floors are completed. With another day to wire the first floor and another to do the service. We will be able to step away until the walls and paint are done.
