With home addition costs at an all-time high, and basements offering poor workspace conditions, many are turning to home office sheds to try to meet their remote work needs. Almost all of these sheds fail to meet local building code for habitable space, as they don’t provide adequate insulation, foundation, framing sizing, heating, cooling, electrical needs, finishes and more.
