Earning a degree from New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, he began working for several prominent firms in the area, then branching out on his own over twenty years ago. Originally setting up shop in Millbrook, New York (called Millbrook Architects), Dan Contelmo Architects is now centrally located in the heart of the Hudson Valley. With clients in Westchester, New York’s Metropolitan region, the mid-Hudson area and in many parts of the Northeast, Dan’s style can be seen beautifying the landscape one project at a time. We are seeking a licensed Architect for a full-time position with a national award-winning architecture firm. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience working on high end residential homes and have the ability to work independently.

The applicant must be able to prepare a complete set of drawings from design to construction documents and details. This candidate should be able to coordinate and work closely with the team. The role offers the ability to work on exceptional homes with a talented team of architects and an in-house interior designer.

In this bathroom renovation, we added an interior window to the toilet room adjacent to an exterior window to allow light into all areas. Shelves for storage and decoration provide privacy without limiting too much light.
