New right drain line installed, carrying the left downspout and three right downspouts, discharging at the street. 4" Schedule 40 was used to accommodate water flow. The original pipe was filled with dirt and other debris.

Jetting clogged drain line.
A concrete leveling company accidentally pumped the leveling compound into the pipe. Our jetters here at A Plus guttering and drain is strong enough to remove the concrete material and clean the pipe.

Who has roots? Clogged drains? Need drains cleaned?
This homeowner was quoted a full drain line replacement by several other companies. They gave us the opportunity to bid the project. Upon examining the drain line, we discovered where the root penetrated the pipe. We were able to cut the root and pull all the remains out of the pipe. Saved this homeowner $4,500

These homeowners were jetting/snaking their drain lines annually. Why? Awful plumbing. Here at A+ we don't use "T" fittings. They are prone to clogs. Had this been plumbed properly, these homeowners could have saved thousands and drain cleaning. The most disappointing fact about this project, is this was done by a professional plumbing/basement company with commercials on TV. UNBELIEVABLE.
