Amber and I are so grateful for all of the amazing customers and friends we’ve made in the past year since purchasing Norms Lock and Safe. Thank you for trusting Norms Lock and Safe for all of your locksmithing needs. You’ve made it possible for us to grow and expand into new areas. We are now advertising one 3 different radio stations. We’ve updated our website, and still updating, so that we can better serve our customers. We have two trucks running now. We’ve added additional office staff, albeit part time. And we’re not done yet. Stick with us Yavapai County, we’re having fun serving you.

We love our loyal customers. There are days when you don’t feel like you’re making much of a difference and what you do isn’t enough. Then there are days when you get in on a Monday and you see how grateful your clients are for your services. A little thank you means the world to those of us that run small businesses. This was a beautiful note from customer that we helped get out of a jamb last week. She also brought us goodies and that makes it even sweeter.

Since we bought Norms back in May we’ve not had anything other than 5 star reviews (besides a few reviews from a competitor that’s since been removed by Google). I am proud of our team and all that we’ve accomplished in less than a year.

We’ve heard all of the ways that people try to NOT lose their keys. This one is a bit extreme. Stuffing keys in your eye socket is not a good idea.
