Irrigation can be tricky in the Prescott area. It all depends on your tree species, location, time of year, and irrigation setup.

But here’s a simple starting point:
◾ Water deep and infrequently
◾ Try 2–3 hours a week with a soaker hose for deep soaking

For irrigation systems:
• Water near the drip edge (not the trunk!)
• Use 2–3 emitters per tree
• Run it 3x a week for 1–2 hours during the growing season
• Always adjust based on the weather
