Just wrapped up this bathroom in St. Leonard.
The homeowners had already gutted the room themselves. They got partway in, looked at what was left, and decided this was a job for somebody else. That's where we came in.
Here's what we did.
Moved the shower across the room so the layout actually made sense.
Built in a custom-ordered double vanity in dark wood with brass handles, a white quartz top, two rectangular pivot mirrors with black frames, and matching sconce lighting.
Put down a large, light tile across the floor and ran a white subway tile up the shower walls, laid both vertical and horizontal so the eye has something to follow.
Penny round tile on the shower floor and inside the built-in shower niche.
Frameless sliding glass door with matte black hardware, matte black rainfall head, matte black handheld, matte black controls and grab bars, and a clean linear drain.
Added a bidet toilet with electrical outlets, modernized the rest of the electrical, and dropped in recessed lights so the whole room finally feels bright.
Plus the squatty potty for the bidet, because the small stuff matters.
Here's the thing most people don't know about hiring a bathroom contractor.
Most contractors install whatever you point at. We're design specialists. That means before we ever swing a hammer, we sit down at your kitchen table, ask how you actually use your bathroom, what kind of access you need now and in 10 years, how you like to clean, what you want to look at every morning. Then we build a 3D rendering of your new bathroom so you see it before you spend a dime.
That 3D rendering is a $375 value. Right now it's free with any in-home design consultation.
Spring sale is also live. 25 percent off through May.
And if you want to spread it out, we offer up to 2 years no payment, no interest. Same as cash.
We do this work in Calvert, St. Mary's, Charles, and up to Annapolis.
I'm holding 5 in-home design slots this week. If you've been thinking about your bathroom and want to see what it could look like before you commit, text or call at 667-404-9511. Mention this post and I'll lock in the 25 percent and the free 3D rendering.
