Congratulations to Sandy Pennington and Jim Harry on your retirement from J&M Heating and Air Conditioning. Sandy has worked with me since I was 18 years old and then came to work for me a few years later and has been a major loyal employee for 35 years and and has talked to probably every customer J&M has ever had. She probably didn’t miss 10 days ever and that is a quality I’ll never be able to replace. In the words of Burt Reynolds she made them all look like they running in slow motion. Thanks for your loyalty and picking J&M for your 35 years of your life. Now on to Jim Harry. We have been friends for 45 years and he has been with J&M for 26 years after moving back from VA Beach. He has led our sales force and managed our guys and also has created many relationships with our customers that has made J&M a household name Jim also will be hard to replace until his semi retirement 2 yeaes ago he also was a bell to bell employee. Never missing and doing a great job they will both be missed and hard to replace. Thanks to both of you for years of service and great friendships over the years. Good luck to your next adventures which we think will be Sandy in a mall shopping and Jim in the woods hunting. Thank you two for everything over over years.
