Well it’s that time of the year again. If anyone is in need of snow removal, we have nice quad with a plow to do longer driveways and sidewalks. Also if you are noticing any ice build up on your eves you run the risk of ice dams. We can clear your whole roof or a partial roof to help eliminate ice dams. Scheduling is obviously limited so act now.

Photo dump of a recent remodel in Bend/Alfalfa. This house was a lot of work. Refinished the cabinets throughout, new paint, new hardwood, new vinyl in the guest bath, new tile in the entryway and laundry room. Can’t wait for the shower glass and countertops to see the finished product!

With the upcoming storm warning and the possibility of an additional 10" of snow I will be offering plowing and ice dam prevention services through the weekend. From my experience I haven't seen a need to clear an entire roof until we are up to about 36", I would definitely suggest clearing just above where the soffit meets the exterior wall (as shown in the picture) to help prevent ice dams ESPECIALLY if you have gutters.

Installed just about 920 sq/ft of Mohawk Vinyl flooring this week in Redmond. Leveled the subfloor where there was carpet, pulled and reinstalled the trim, pulled and reinstalled 3 toilets even fixed a shower valve and a couple of fence boards. Give me a call to get on the schedule for 2021!
