Happpy Tuesday!!☀️

When Tolyn’s Repair service calls & says a customer needs floor help we are there right away! After a leaking toilet caused a bit of water damage to the existing sheet vinyl, we were able to come in tear up everything with minimal repair to the sub floor 👍🏽 Customer knew he needed something durable & waterproof to prevent anything like this from happening again! With not wanting a wood look & wanting a stone look thats where our Paragon Tile Plus in the color Pearl came in handy!🤩 This is a waterproof floor with a soft silence pad attached & scufresist platinum finish and a lifetime residential wear warranty😉

BEAUTIFUL transformation of this set of steps! Photos of before, during & at completion😍

The sweetest couple had us come in a complete their upstairs plus the bedrooms (posted a few weeks ago😉) & these beautiful steps! In the process they decided staining of the step & painting on the face, that’s where some help from another contractor came in, huge shout to Hetrick Painting INC for all of their help. From the estimation process to the job itself they were absolutely wonderful! After their completion we came back in to do a beautiful runner in Tales of Summer in the color Wistful🤩

Happy Monday☀️

Over the last week we had the opportunity to lay out 3 rooms of carpet & a living room with the customers request of breaks in between! This worked out great giving them the opportunity to move everything saving some money on furniture😉

3 rooms consist of our Shaw line Attainable in the color Sterling, fantastic carpet for pets & kids with the 8 pound piddle protection pad underneath!😍 Down to the living room is our Shaw line Without Limits III in the color Macadamia, again a great carpet product for kids & pets with the 8 pound piddle protection pad underneath! Both at a fantastic price point as well!🤩

With larger rooms & carpet only coming 12ft goods they require to be seamed up for the perfect fit but I bet you can’t spot where any seams are😉

We were able to complete this beautiful living room in between a few bigger jobs today and it came out perfect!

Out with the builder grade carpet and in with the beautiful Coretec Enhanced in the color Marianas Oak!🤩 Customer added the matching 1/4 round & threshold around with the perfect 45 degree angle!

Remember the sweet couple over in Charles city from a few weeks back? Well we have finally completed our part & can I just say WOW🤩

Carpet is apart of our Shaw line Crafted Embrace in the color Sun Kissed, this line has a looped pattern repeat. The LVP was continued throughout the home with Coretec Plus E in the Pasadance Oak leading right into the Coretec Plus in the Rocky Mountain Oak😍 don’t forget they are waterproof with a UV cured coating for the best protection!!😉
