For a good part of 2023, our small team worked tirelessly for our proposal of Parcel 1A on the Eastside of Providence. It’s a special piece of land that over looks the Downtown skyline and right next door to the pedestrian bridge. We wanted to make sure that this beautiful riverfront area is not only activated in the warmer months, but all year round. We wanted this to be a destination where people could eat, drink, live, work, relax, and enjoy for many years to come.

Unfortunately our proposal was not selected by the commission, but we are very proud of the product we created. Furthermore, we are proud of what our small team had accomplished.

New Team Member!

We would like to welcome Tony Boisvert to our PAB Co. team. Tony has been in our downtown Providence office now for five months and he has been an incredible addition.

Tony brings over 30 years of diverse design, technical, and management experience to the Architecture & Building industry. His wealth of knowledge includes single & multi-family residential, commercial, corporate, retail, and institutional projects. Tony’s expertise includes broad-based design, technical, and management experience including all phases of new and renovated architectural projects, design/build construction, and construction administration.
