Nestled in the Elmhurst neighborhood of Providence, this undersized lot and its Significant Tree came with a few challenges. Through creativity and close collaboration with the City, OS Design worked within zoning requirements, preserved the tree, and delivered a single-family home with attached ADU that maximizes both the lot and functionality for the future owners.

The 1st floor features 3 beds/2 baths with room to expand into a full-height basement

The 2nd floor is a 2 bed/1 bath ADU - perfect for multi-generational living or rental income
