Another day, another ribbon cutting! Today we celebrated the completion of phase 1 of our Brookside Terrace affordable housing project in East Greenwich, RI. A total of 48 units (two buildings) were completed as part of phase 1 with an additional 48 units currently in progress as part of phase 2! A special thank you to Dakota Partners for helping to bring this project together as well as Senator Jack Reed and Governor Daniel McKee for attending and speaking at the event!

This past Tuesday, May 1st, we were happy to attend the grand opening of one of our commercial projects in Pawtucket, Rhode Island! Teknor Apex - Consumer Products introduced their new engineering department located in a renovated warehouse space.

After moving into a new space at Richmond Square, Ed Wojcik Architect employees designed and renovated their own office space. Renovations included opening up the vaulted ceiling, adding a loft space to serve as a samples library, new floor and wall finishes, desks, kitchen, and conference room.
