Signal Works, a mission-driven architecture firm based in Providence, RI, is seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This isn’t just another administrative role; it offers a clear path to growth in real estate development.

- 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀: If you excel at managing invoicing, finances, and operations but are eager for a more significant role.
- 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝘃𝘆: You're comfortable handling insurance renewals, cash flow, and vendor relationships.
- 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹-𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱: You have an eye for detail and are driven, with a keen interest in real estate and development.
- 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀: Background in bookkeeping, property management, or assisting a developer is a plus.
