Whole house rewire. Permitted and everything in Capitola. Cute little house. Like for like rewire with some updates in the kitchen adding more circuits to bring it more to code. Eliminated an old fuse sub panel in the bathroom. Added a bathroom fan/light combo. Ran the duct and everything. Added a light over the vanity in the bathroom and found an old light box that was buried in the wall 🤦. Big no no. The house was wired with old 2 wire cloth and tar Romex. All new grounded 3 wire Romex now. Ready for rough inspection

Level 2 EV charger. No crawl space or attic to run the wire , so we had to run conduit and surface mount. It came out pretty clean. One obstacle to get through. Not many places to get into the panel , but we found a way and snuck it in.
