Just wanted to give another update on the hotel/apartments that I’ve been working on. It’s been close to 6 months now and have 10 of the 14 units finished. Got tenants living in them and they are enjoying their newly remodeled short term living quarters.

Working on the laundry and another unit and then will have 3 left. Paint and new roof coming soon. Been a ride with this being my biggest job to date on top of all my other work. Suck at taking pics while I’m working cause I’m to busy. Maybe I’ll hire for a photographer soon😂

So on my personal profile I shared some news that I landed a 14 unit hotel remodel and posted a couple pictures of the exterior.

Just wanted to share how far I’ve got in the last two months.

The first two pictures show what every single room looked like before I started. Just with 4’ of trash piled up on all the walls or whatever you’d call them😂 the rest is where I’m at to date. Also getting ready to start a couple of the bathrooms and laundry room. Can’t wait to see the finished products on these units!

Here’s a house I’ve done all of the work on inside and out. And it’s finally empty cause my customers are selling. Bitter sweet to watch them leave after being a part of their life for close to two years but their investment is complete!

Interior and exterior paint, laminate and tile floors, baseboards through whole house, recessed lighting in living room, chandeliers and all light fixture replacement, full remodels on both bathrooms, sprinkler system install on front and back yard, and sod and rock installation!

When I say I do it all I mean it! Quality work at an affordable price!!

Also shoutout to my buddy Carlos from Level Up Tint & Detail. Had tint installed on the glass for privacy and to maintain the temperature. Highly recommend for any tint work you need!

The transformation was real! Lots of hard work and dedication went into this one.

The work we put in was tear out of the bathroom, old floor and ceiling tile, full bath remodel, almost a full drywall ceiling replacement, drywall and plaster patches, full paint job, trim on ceiling, baseboard, some plumbing, some electrical, and all the haul away!
