"I have been a customer of Modern Garage since 2019 when they epoxied our Lanai floor. The Lanai, which has exposure to the elements, has held up beautifully. I can not say enough positive comments about Lee, the owner, and his crew.

Recently, we had our garage floor epoxied, and it came out fantastic.
Lee provides a trailer to store your belongings prior to starting the work.

"Great customer service, great price, and a beautiful job. Lee's crew showed up right on time and got right to work. Finished within 6 hours and the floor looks amazing! Don't bother diy-ing it. Pros like modern garage use a diamond bit industrial grinder to really rough up the surface so the coating can actually adhere long term. Plus they have a lifetime warranty. The kits you can get at big box stores are junk that'll peel in a couple years."
