Amocat Fencing is growing and looking for 2 solid people to join the crew.

* Foreman: Starting at $25/hr (must have experience)
* Helper: Starting at $22.50/hr (no experience needed, must be coachable)

* Must be able to get to Sumner by 7:00 AM sharp
* Must be reliable (showing up late = not a fit)
* Must be ready to work outdoors in all conditions
* Must take pride in doing things right

🔧 Foreman (Read This Carefully)

* 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
* Valid driver’s license (you will drive the truck)
* Fence experience REQUIRED (wood and/or chain-link)
* Able to run a job, lead a helper, and keep things moving
* You’re the standard on site—if your work is sloppy, this won’t work

We’re growing and looking to bring on a reliable, experienced Fence Foreman to lead our crews and run quality installs.

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
đź’° Pay: Starting at $25/hr (W-2 position, no under-the-table pay)
đź›  All tools and company truck provided

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead a crew of 1–2 helpers
- Run fence installs from layout to final board
- Demo existing fences and prep sites
- Set posts, rails, and boards to company standards
- Ensure clean, professional job sites
- Communicate with customers and team throughout the job
- Keep truck maintained (fluids, tires, etc.)
- Make sure crew is working safely and taking proper breaks

What We’re Looking For:
- 25+ years old
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- At least 1 year of fencing experience
- Able to read/speak English
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and can lead a crew
