Arizona friends: Got an unusual job opportunity that would have you working on the road all over the western United States 9 months out of the year.... Its a steady job with salaried pay and benefits, but not for everyone.
Pavement Solutions, a highway construction-related business is looking for a reliable person to operate one of its inertial profilers (fancy name for a vehicle with a specialized bumper that uses lasers to measure the smoothness of the road surface at high speeds.)
Applicant must have a clean driving record, be able to obtain a commercial driver's license, and be able to work long hours in challenging and changing work environments. On the job training provided.
This is a tough job away from friends and family on the road for weeks and months at a time driving from state to state, staying in hotels and motels all over from Idaho to North Dakota, Arizona, New Mexico and everywhere in between.
