This Exterior needed a bit of TLC . Lots of sanding and a good Bonding primer to seal the wood and protect from rotting. I spent a lot of time on prep but it’s worth it in the end. Most of the time sanding is better than power washing . You don’t want to damage this wood . The most important feature to paint is protection from the elements. Dunn Edwards Evershield protects from the elements for 15 years. 🌵😎This home was really fun because of the dramatic improvement.
