Disclaimer: We package our plants as carefully as possible and in healthy condition. We do not take responsibility for any overly aggressive treatment they may undergo during shipment. Please keep in mind that shipping can cause stress to plants in the form of leaves breaking, dropping, or becoming yellow, this does not affect the health of your plant. The roots will promote new
plant growth! All plants are unique and may vary slightly. Message us with any questions. For your order, please check your weekly weather and consider adding a heat pack ($3.50). We are not responsible for damage caused by severe weather if you do not add a heat pack. Once plants leave our location, we do not have the ability to guarantee that your plant will grow or survive because we do not control your care, home environment, any plant predators in your home, airborne plant diseases, or the location it is positioned within or outside your home. Please research the needs of your chosen plant and be prepared to provide it with proper care. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if there are any issues with your plant upon arrival. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery we are not responsible for the plant. Please take photos of your plant to share with us in your message. Heat packs and Shipping fees are nonrefundable. All transactions are final sale once delivered. You may request the cancellation of your order by sending us a message before it is shipped. USPS Priority arrives in 1-3 days and is a non-guaranteed service. USPS priority mail Express is the recommended shipping method. Express is a guaranteed 1-2 day service and covers up to $100 in insurance.
