Continually educating ourselves to provide you with the most up to date techniques used in home inspection. As members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and INTERNACHI (International Association of Certified Home I
nspectors) our inspections are performed in accordance with theirs as well as the states standards of practice and code of ethics. As members of these home inspection associations, we regularly attend their seminars to further our knowledge in the trade. Federal Home Inspection also performs services such as termite inspection reports, combustible gas detection and carbon monoxide testing at no extra charge because we believe it belongs in every report. These efforts are translated into our reports to give that peace of mind needed when purchasing a home. Lastly, but certainly of note, Federal Home Inspection is not affiliated with any real estate office or lending institutions.
