A Personal Message from Mike McGrath
For over 38 years, I’ve had the privilege of building more than just a painting company.
We’ve built relationships.
We’ve built trust.
And most importantly, we’ve built people.
When I first started, it wasn’t about becoming the biggest company around. It was about doing honest work, treating people right, and leaving things better than we found them. That mindset never changed.
Today, our team handles residential and commercial painting projects throughout the region, but what I’m most proud of isn’t the number of homes we’ve painted — it’s the people standing beside me. Some of our core crew members have been with us for many years because we believe this business should have a purpose beyond a paycheck.

Around here, we don’t just talk about culture — we live it. We work hard, we laugh a lot, and we genuinely care about the people we serve.
