Look at this transformation!
We had such a fun time watching this project come alive for a wonderful homeowner right here in Quincy! They envisioned custom gables and trusses that would truly elevate their home's curb appeal, and we're absolutely in love with the final product! The unique details they chose have completely redefined the look of their property.

This project here was an update/restoration of an antique built-in hutch cabinet that had sticking drawers and doors that were out of alignment from the years of use. I was able to cut and sand all the issues out then apply a stain match. I then installed new drawer slides for a modernized convenience as well as replacing a piece of the side trim.

Some of my favorite projects are these old homes with intricate woodwork that needs to be replicated. Water damage had caused the window trim to rot and walls were moved to create a closet that needed this baseboard to match the rest of the house.

I don’t always post these small unfinished projects but this is a lot of what I do. Custom baseboards and header crown tops to match the rest of the homes woodworking. The customer wanted to take care of priming and painting as well as installation. So this stage is as far as I got to take it but I’m happy with the way it came out. I hope to do more with these profiles in the future because I’ve always enjoyed the flute/reed style of trimwork.

I’m always excited to try something new and unique like this. These are some ten foot tall cypress shutters I made to replace the original ones that were rotting away. I’ve never painted cypress before but it seemed to take really well.

First exterior door I’ve made completely from scratch. Made from solid oak at 2 1/4 inch thick and 38inches wide this is definitely the heaviest door I’ve ever had to handle. Glass inserts were another first for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
