We had somebody guess RIGHT on the mark with guessing how many mushroom bags we had in our holding room last week! 🍄 Answer was 89!

One of BIGGEST assets we added to the farmers markets this year is our portable cooler fridges that plug into a vehicle!! 🧊🍄

These allow us to keep our mushrooms at the PERFECT TEMPERATURE prior to you buying them! 🙌 It also halts the growth of spoilage bacteria and locks in the mushroom's moisture, flavor, and texture, significantly extending its overall shelf life!! We are excited to have these! 🪅🎊🙏🙌🍄🍄🍄🍄

🔴 Sold the most mushrooms we ever had in 1 week. So GRATEFUL for our customers! 🍄🍄

🔴 Innoculated the most mushroom bags in one week. Enough to grow 200+ lbs. 👀👏
