Looking for One Solid Deck Carpenter.

A&R Builders is growing, and we’re looking for one carpenter to join our crew.

We’re not looking for someone who just wants a paycheck. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and wants to build decks they’re proud to put their name on.

If you’re the kind of carpenter who notices when something is out of square, cares about clean miters, shows up on time, and believes good enough isn’t good enough, you’ll fit in here.

What we’re looking for:

* Experience framing and building decks (composite experience is a plus)
* Reliable transportation
* Basic hand tools
* Dependable, hard-working, and able to work independently
* Someone who takes ownership of their work

Finished up this pool deck project today.

The goal was simple: make getting in and out of the pool safer, cleaner, and something the homeowners could be proud of every time they step outside.

Really happy with how this one turned out.

Recently wrapped up replacing deteriorated support posts on this barn.

Projects like this require more than swapping lumber. Existing structure had to be supported, failing posts removed, and new supports installed while working around active animals and daily use of the property.

Appreciate the trust and recommendation afterward.

New support work, dual stair sets, custom skirting, rails, and stain to finish it out.
