You can only be the nice guy so many times before it starts affecting performance. This has been our policy since day one but we have started creating packets that are to be handed out to every customer from now on explaining all legality‘s, fees (if associated) and so forth. I can honestly say I have went above and beyond to satisfy my customers and will always do so. Going into business on my own a year ago made me learn a lot of things the hard way. So if anyone is interested in booking with us In the future, we now have informational packets That covers everything from A-to-Z all the way down to copies of the insurance I carry. Hi everyone. Just wanting to hop on here and see if there is anyone needing some work done. We are currently down in Mayfield KY getting some packets together for insurance companies and FEMA to pass out with all the informational items about our company. This is a Darren Denison the owner and operator dennisons Home Improvement. We have not been able to post a lot lately due to staffing shortages, I’m only one man LOL. i’m happy to announce that we are approaching our first four year in business since splitting away from partnerships to do things my way, honestly, compassionately, efficiently and with over the top communication. I’m even happier to announce that I can stand behind my name anywhere you search it. I have worked hard to make sure my companies name stands tall. One thing you can learn in this business as you can over and make everybody happy. There are sometimes in customers that refuse your help when they don’t like some thing or so forth. I’ll do my best to make everybody happy when I leave I’ve had two people unhappy with my workmanship since I started my business and I offered everything but my child to make it right. Some people you can’t make happy
