I never realized before how hard it is to take a picture of a ceiling!

Bottom right is before: black tracks for the grid ceiling, yellowed diffusers on the lights, and tiles that are older than me (and maybe not originally that color...).

I painted the grid, installed a very nice updated tile, and put new diffusers in the light fixtures. What a difference!

Before, during, and after:

The old attic access at this house was a small hatch at the top of the shelves in a bedroom closet—not easy to get in and out of! A lot of prep and planning later, and the new stairs are in.

Very happy with how this came out—this is a commercial location that was in desperate need of an upgrade to the front door. This was a very tricky install: an old metal door with an even older mortise style k**b and lock.

It works great and looks even better!

This was quite the adventure and what a transformation for this room! This patterned wall paper made for a tricky install but I think it came out great.

This faucet had been broken, but still functional for a while, but it was time for a fix and a new sink! What great picks and what a great upgrade for this kitchen.
