We are a Licensed Building Contractor and a real S corporation. Through one point of contact we design and build 3 season screen rooms, grilling decks, patios with fire pits and seating walls, landscape lighting, and we can sod, plant and mulch to completely finish your project. The majority of our projects have a patio versus a deck. If your project is within 5 steps to the ground a patio is a superior product and actually costs less than a deck. We can also sod, mulch and finish a job as part of the patio project.

We haven't posted in a long time but we are still building 3 season screen rooms, patios, custom decks and have added a few new capabilities. Many projects have custom folding doors, out swing French doors and window upgrades. We offer landscaping on our projects to include sod, sidewalks, landscape lighting and our newest feature Putting Greens with synthetic grass.

We have openings in our schedule and can get to you soon for any of these services. We have multiple crews and you only have to interface with the business owner. We also have a commercial pressure washer if you are interested in cleaning your home and driveway.

To my customers with eze breeze panels. They are rated to blow out at around 60 mph. I would open them part way and allow air to flow through the porch. We have never had a storm like this since we have used that product.

Our May project features a 300 square foot 3 season room using Eze Breeze panels with a retractable screen door. Features include a stone faced gas fireplace, tile floor, back wall ship lap, 8' x 8' Marvin folding door, custom lighting, skylights with solar shades and a grilling deck with natural gas line. The entire project has power coated Fortress iron railing. From the bottom of the stairs we installed a sidewalk to the parking pad and hardscape steps into the bank down to the lower lever where we installed a 430 square foot patio. We installed a ceiling in the lower area since we have a dry tile floor above and installed ceiling fans and flush mount can lights. To finish it off we installed sod and landscape lighting.

Our patio business is wide open. Since the weather has broken we have been quoting and designing patios as fast as we can. Here are 2 projects completed in the last 2 weeks. Both use Belgard Mega Arbel which is the top of the line product offering. We used Belgard Urbana as a boundary. One patio uses Heritage Block for the wall and one uses a Belgard Tandem wall. Both have LED lights in the seat caps and one has a water feature.

We visited Japan for almost a month and one thing is clear., If you can't eat it they don't plant it in their yards which are small but well kept. Rather than spending time and money growing plants that are homes for mosquitos we have a year round kale and vegetable garden in front of our home. Garlic planted in August is almost ready to harvest and we have 2 cycles of kale we eat in salads. Bush cucumbers and squash have sprouted along with bush green beans and a couple of tomato plants go in this weekend. We dump coffee filters in this bed and each year supplement it with black cow for an organic garden that is beautiful. We can control bugs without harmful chemicals because we are right on top of it. Take it from someone that has done a thousand screen porch estimates. I've never been to a quote where they didn't have bushes right on top of the deck and wondered why they were getting eaten alive.

This is our April 2018 project. The 3 season room is 22'x16' with a composite grill deck 9' x 16' and a custom stair case with LED kick plate lighting. The porch has Eze-Breeze screen panels, tile floor, gas fireplace with stone surround, solar shade skylights, chandelier, HDTV and the entire rail system is the Fortress Iron Rail. We rebuilt the back wall and installed a out swing French door, removed all of the old siding and installed V groove pine. Under the floor we stained the bottom of the floor system and installed a 500 square foot Belgard patio using Dublin Cobble. To finish the project we installed sod and pressure washed the entire home and driveway.
