As October comes to a close, we didn’t want the month to pass without recognizing Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗 Our team took the opportunity to host a “Pink Out,” wearing pink to show our support for those who have been impacted by breast cancer.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a reminder of the importance of early detection, regular screenings, and supporting the individuals and families who are navigating a breast cancer diagnosis. Whether you’re a survivor, currently fighting, standing beside a loved one, or honoring someone you’ve lost, we stand with you.

When a critical irrigation system goes down, getting it repaired quickly and correctly is essential 💧

Our irrigation team is always ready to step in when it matters most. Recently, our crew went all in on a 16” HDPE pipe repair at Finley Golf Club at The University of North Carolina, getting their irrigation system back up and running with minimal disruption.

Another great example of our team’s expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to keeping our clients’ properties running smoothly!

Sometimes, we really CAN be in two places at once 🌱

Yesterday, the GreenView Partners team split up across two NC State University events, giving us the opportunity to connect with students at different stages of exploring careers in the green industry.

Part of our team headed to NC State for the CALS Career Fair, where we met with college students to talk about career and internship opportunities at GreenView.

At the same time, another group was at the JC Raulston Arboretum for NC State’s Annual Green Collar Career Day, where high school students had the opportunity to learn more about the many career paths available in the green industry.

While these events looked a little different, they shared the same goal: connecting with and investing in the next generation of green industry professionals. We love having the opportunity to talk with students, connect with educators, share our experiences, and learn more about how we can continue to support students as they explore their future careers.

A special thank you to everyone on the GVP team who showed up, stepped in, and helped make both events a success. When we got pulled in separate directions, our team came together and made it happen.

We wouldn’t be GVP without the people who are willing to step up, support one another, and invest in the future of our industry!

Last week, we had the honor of hosting students from the NC State University Agricultural Institute for a luncheon at our Raleigh Branch!

Students had the opportunity to tour our branch, enjoy lunch with our team, and learn more about GreenView and the many career paths available within the landscape industry.

Our students heard from Joey Carlucci, Business Development Manager and NC State Agricultural Institute graduate, who shared his journey from NC State to his career at GreenView. They also heard from Ella Creason, Landscape Designer and NC State alumna, who shared her own path from student to industry professional.

It was a great opportunity for students to learn about different career possibilities, hear firsthand experiences from NC State alumni, and ask questions about what their own futures could look like.

We’re proud to invest in the next generation of agricultural professionals and give students the opportunity to explore where their education and passions can take them 🌱

Please join us in congratulating Enrique Ramirez, Field Manager, on being named our Raleigh Branch’s “Kick Grass” Employee of the Month 👏🏼

Enrique has been a valued member of the GreenView team for 15 years, and we couldn’t be more appreciative of all he brings to our team. He consistently demonstrates an incredible work ethic on some of our most prestigious commercial properties, while also going above and beyond behind the scenes, including staying late to perform maintenance on our mowers and equipment.

Enrique is a true hard worker who can always be counted on to go the extra mile. We’re grateful for his dedication, commitment, and 15 years of hard work with GreenView!

We are proud to congratulate Eric Daughtry on his new role as Division Vice President for GreenView Partners!

Eric has been a valued member of the GreenView team since 2011 and most recently served as our Vice President of Operations. In his new role, he will help lead GreenView’s continued growth across the Carolinas, with a focus on our existing branches, future expansion, acquisitions, and integrations.
