At Points East Specialty Animal Hospital in Wilson, NC, thoughtful architecture and interior design support the demands of 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary care.

The 17,000-square-foot facility brings advanced treatment and surgical spaces together with welcoming reception areas, comfortable waiting spaces, and dedicated staff amenities.

From its welcoming entrance to the specialized spaces within, the hospital was designed to support the needs of veterinary professionals while creating a comfortable environment for pets and the people who love them.

As conversations around affordable housing take center stage at this week's NC Affordable Housing Conference, we're proud to spotlight The Garden, a transformative campus created in partnership with Raleigh Rescue Mission.

Designed to provide safe, supportive transitional housing for women and children experiencing situational homelessness, The Garden goes beyond shelter. Through family housing, child learning spaces, dining facilities, community gardens, and on-site support services, the campus creates a foundation for stability, growth, and long-term self-sufficiency.

At Cline, we believe thoughtful design can help strengthen lives, build community, and create pathways to opportunity.

As we head into next week's NC Affordable Housing Conference, we're highlighting Milner Commons, an affordable senior housing community right here in Raleigh!

Developed in partnership with DHIC, Milner Commons provides 156 apartment homes for seniors earning 60% or less of the area median income. The community includes shared gathering spaces, a fitness center, outdoor amenities, and convenient access to public transportation.

Recognized with the 2026 Housing North Carolina Award for Innovation in Housing by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, Milner Commons is a great example of how affordable housing can support the needs of our growing senior population.

Austin Office - FVF Law Office Project - Render to Reality

Bringing the client's vision to life for the FVF Law Office Project meant creating a warm and inviting office that feels like home. Architecture, Interiors and FF&A were fully integrated throughout the entire process. The waiting area, pictured, is an anchor for staff and clients.

There's nothing quite like seeing a project come to life!

Our Raleigh team recently toured the completed Budleigh Flats, Townhomes, and Cottages, part of the 23-acre Budleigh East redevelopment in Raleigh.

Working alongside Williams Realty and Building Co, Inc. and Liberty Senior Living, Cline provided master planning for the overall development, as well as architecture and interior design services for the cottages, townhomes, and flats.

Beyond celebrating this milestone, the visit gave our team an opportunity to reflect on the design and construction process, explore the completed spaces, and discuss lessons learned that can help inform future projects.

We're proud to see this community take shape and grateful to the partners who helped bring it to life!

A little outside the doghouse. 🐾🏆

Our Raleigh team took home the Craziest Cat Award at this year's Barkitecture Events with (dome)sticated, an experimental structure that challenged traditional ideas of pet architecture!

Recognizing the most unique and innovative designs, the award celebrates creative approaches that push the boundaries of what pet architecture can be.

Inspired by the architectural form of a dome, (dome)sticated features custom-cast concrete components assembled into an intricate, modular structure. From creating molds to learning the art of concrete casting, the process gave our team an opportunity to experiment, collaborate, and get hands-on with new approaches to design.

We're proud to have participated in an event that brings together the local design community in support of animal rescues, including Hope Animal Rescue and Connie's Kittens. A huge thank you to our Raleigh team for the creativity, collaboration, and hard work that brought this award-winning design to life!
