A few highlights from our recent firm visit to King Street Properties’ Pathway Triangle campus in Morrisville, North Carolina, where several exciting projects are currently under construction.

The campus amenities building, The Junction, is taking shape and will feature a café, fitness center, conference room, golf simulator, and an outdoor amenity space thoughtfully designed by our friends at Surface 678, including fire pits, a yoga lawn, and putting green.

Integrated Design is also proud to be working with Liquidia Corporation on the fit-out of its pharmaceutical manufacturing suite at the campus, supporting the company’s mission to provide therapies for cardiopulmonary diseases.

A special shout out to the construction teams helping bring these projects to life: Barringer Construction on The Junction amenities building and Evans General Contractors on the Liquidia suite. Thank you to the project teams for their continued dedication and hard work as these projects move toward completion!

A huge shoutout to Anya for going above and beyond as a volunteer for this year's AIA Triangle Design Awards! From helping set up the event and organizing judges and submissions, the volunteers behind the scenes make it all run smoothly.

Thanks to Bison Development and Mangum Design-Build for being truly collaborative partners and bringing this design to life. From early visioning and site selection through design ex*****on and build-out, this space reflects a deep commitment to collaboration, culture, and thoughtful design.

A special shout-out goes to Hannah Atkinson, whose leadership and dedication in both Winston-Salem and the State of North Carolina were instrumental making this happen.
