Another deck repair and upgrade project is officially in the books! We just finished a total transformation for a client right inside the North Hills area of Raleigh, NC.

Thanks to John Ward for allowing us the privilege of painting his home, located in the Wyndham subdivision in North Raleigh. There are four coats of paint on the siding.

Unfortunately, they did not like their first siding color selection. So, we happily repainted it and definitely looked out for them, offering a reduced price to cover the extra cost. Luckily, we caught it before we started painting the trim.

They were so reasonable and nice from start to finish. A true joy to work for.

One of our most rewarding transformations this year took us to downtown Raleigh, specifically the historic University Park and Bagwell neighborhoods. This project was the perfect example of why being an experienced contractor matters.

It wasn't just about a fresh coat of exterior paint; it was about structural integrity. Our crew completely rebuilt the front and rear porch floors and tackled extensive wood rot, replacing fascia, siding, and trim boards to ensure the home was as solid as it was beautiful.

It’s times like these that we realize how important what we do really is. The essence of these projects goes beyond exterior home renovations. They reflect hard work, integrity, and provisions for our families. While exterior painting projects are a common occurrence for us, our appreciation remains.
