Pro tip:
You didn't get a "good deal" on paint if it just peels off your door. Saving yourself 50 bucks on paint will probably cost you $250 to have it all stripped off and refinished with good stuff. That, or just learn to appreciate that peeling paint look.🤷‍♂️

Just enough time this morning to squeeze in a pressure wash job. New homeowners weren't in love with the white wash, and wanted the traditional brick look. About ready for Spring deck lounging over here. 👌

It's been a whirlwind lately, but finally walking out of another complete remodel. This one features a choice of very dark blue for room doors with closet doors remaining white. The satin gold finish on the hardware really sets it off. 👌

I think all of you who honked for me to launch off the starting line🏎️, er, stoplight🚦, so you don't have to delay that refreshing morning Dunkin visit ☕will be glad to know that 2006 Mazda van was considerably quicker than this 2006 diesel. 🤣

Due to inclement weather, Moses said he doesn't really care. He still wants to get rid of that white ceiling over his head. Just never felt right.
