Out in Rancho Cucamonga today client was showing constant error code 90. Error code history showing 90, 59, and 11. Turns out the heat exchanger has leaked but so much corrosion and soot buildup that it plugged the pinhole. Ended up making a special trip to Noritz headquarters to get repair parts so this family could finally shower like normal and have plenty of hot water just In time for the Christmas holiday!

Out today servicing a Noritz heater where the owner decided at the time of installation they didn’t need water treatment along with it. Well this heater worked for 5 years instead of 15.

Out in Santa Ana today to finish up this custom installation for a new Noritz tankless heater, not to mention rerouted main water service to the halo 5 system, redesigned water manifold under home and installed 60’ of new gas line under house. Since it was raining last week, couldn’t get the best picture. Still waiting for electrician to do their part... also set finish on the main bathroom.
