This home in Hallowell needed some love. New windows, doors, trim, shakes, and sill work. What a pleasure it was for us to be able to bring this old home back to new again. Before, as we went and after pictures. (I forgot to get the porch after photo.) Next spring they will be having a new deck built.

This gorgeous full bathroom remodel was one for the books. Between the intricate shower tile work to the heated floors this home owner left nothing out.

This craft room, situated in the basement, boasts installed walls, sheetrock, and paint, creating a well-appointed space. The ceiling has been installed and painted, while the countertop features a cutting mat. One countertop incorporates an integrated light to facilitate vinyl weeding. Ample storage space for vinyl rolls and supplies has been allocated on the wall and in numerous cabinets, supplemented by multiple outlets to support various equipment. Furthermore, the floor has been painted.

Sorry for the delay in updates. We have successfully completed several projects, and currently, we are working diligently at multiple locations to finalize ongoing projects. One of these projects involves remodeling a camp. Following our initial work, we were invited to return and implement additional updates throughout the camp. Photos when the job is completed.

Great cause and always worth helping out the kids! Who else can help out?

I posted yesterday about Whipper's offering to donate a lifetime fishing license to a kid for our Cobbossee Ice Fishing Derby. I asked if any businesses were interested in helping to get more lifetime licenses to kids. Christopher Bailey from Bailey's Building & Design called me right up after seeing that post and said, "I want to help, Put me down for a Lifetime License." Chris is a great guy and a valued member of his community. Thank You Chris!

Another day job for a friend to make the mortgage company happy with a railing so Luke can sell his house! We will try to make time for the small projects as well!

Finally getting a chance to post some updates of some of the work we have been so busy with.

This one was a kitchen and bath remodel with all new windows and a new door in the Wilson's camp on a lake in central maine. This one included some jacking, shoring, new stairs, and replacing some sections of rotten floor framing. Phase 2 will happen this winter.
