Do you not want a beautiful green lawn?

Did you know that all lawn's have different types of grass that need mowed at the correct height depending on health? Cutting grass too short (or "scalping") stresses the plant, forcing it to use energy reserves instead of creating food through photosynthesis. This practice restricts root development, encouraging w**d infestation, drought damage, and brown patchy spots or that nasty brown lawn. Maintaining a height of 2.5 to 3.5 inches allows for deeper roots and a thicker, healthier, and more drought-resistant lawn.

ABC Lawn Care LLC will be celebrating 10 years this April 1st. Back in 2016 this started off as a hobby for myself then with the help of our clients and employees built a buisness that has been steadily growing year after year. This year for our 10th year anniversay we are taking it to another level with new trailers, new equipment, new trucks, and remodeled office. Same dedicated employees! That in itself is a huge accomplishment!

We have spent the last month prepping our buisness for a new look as well more efficiencent ways to serve our customers. There will be new policies and procedures put in place as well as new positions created throughout the business. We look forward to carry on the ABC Lawn Care LLC. tradition and serving the Ohio Valley with OV local pride!

We service all of the Ohio Valley and Northern Panhandle WV with commercial / residential lawn care, landscaping, retaining walls, lawn leveling /re-seeds, snow removal and property maintenance.

So as we get ready for “The Armageddon Storm” that’s getting ready to clear shelves of food, dry out gas stations, and force everyone into their personal bunkers just know that ABC Lawn Care LLC is ready to do battle. We are ready to defend our customers of the enemy and be the peace of mind as well as your saving grace. Little dramatic? Just kiddin!

We are in fact ready to roll out to cover our clients and try our best to keep everyone open. Just keep in mind, that our valued employees are out there away from their families, long hours, little to no eating, and drinking high amounts of coffeee / Red Bulls risking their lives on the roadways to get to your property to ensure customer satisfaction. We are not perfect by no means but we have guys with big hearts and good work ethics that love serving you. I feel confident as an owner that we have the best team out there for our winter customers.

Please do a few things for us even if your not a customer. Please be aware that the trucks have little visibility 360 degrees around the truck. Please give them room to work and as well as time for our products to work on icy surfaces. Also we cannot be everywhere throughout this storm. Please be patient with us and know that we have contracted priorities like our health facilities, grocery stores and fuel stations that take presidence. Every customer is important and we take pride in serving you and we will try our best to satisfy everyone. Also if you come in contact with any plow driver out there, not just ours offer up a coffee, a kind word or two and or just a plain ole “Thank You”. Know again they are out their busting tail for you and the public.

I have to say this last month (December) gave us a run for our money buinsess wise with everything that came our direction as far as weather and buisness. January has started off busy as well. There is nothing like tackling it with the best crew ever. Your diligence and dedication to our family run buisness has not been unnoticed. From call outs in the middle of the night in nasty weather to frigid cold temps, long hours, time away for the holidays and weather that just wouldn’t let up. Having a good group of 4 good guys on your side to do battle is a plus. Thank you to Derek ( Field Manager of 4+ years), workers John, Austin, and Travis. Again thank you for your dedication. It means a lot! Also special thanks to my wife (Cass) for keeping me sane.
