Barely got this done before the snow flew! Don’t wait to book your summer projects 🤘🏼 this was a great addition to space and some unexpected rot that was “supposed to be fixed” by another contractor. All set now and ready for spring

Looks nice but this was bouncy. found out why 🫣 flipped the joists, composite decking, smaller railings and some pvc wraps. way safer and a fresh new look!

Some custom cedar doors and rescreened this porch. Added some supports over the studs to help with snow load and help secure those walls better with that span. Happy that we will get to give those stairs a facelift soon to finish the updated look🙂

Fought the heat and got this one done! Very original design and of course had to fix the framing before adding the deck 🥴 way different than the steps they started with!!! They are bringing the grade up to meet the new build and so much more room for activities 🤘🏼

Next deck permit cleared and finally got some footings in the ground today! 🤘🏼 it’s warm out but tis the season!

Got a small bathroom project done in between some of this bigger stuff. Added some wall covering and got prepped for paint. Completely changes the look of this room!
