From Rotten to Rock Solid in Just 3 Days🙂‍↕️

We recently completed a full subfloor replacement on this rental property, and the transformation speaks for itself.

Our crew tore out 375 sq. ft. of severely rotten subfloor, fully demoed the affected area, and hauled off all debris to leave a clean slate. From there, we installed brand new floor joists to restore structural integrity, followed by 1 1/8" tongue & groove plywood for a strong, long-lasting foundation. To finish it off, we installed the customer-supplied flooring, bringing the space back to life.

STOP scrolling if you need a solid slab done RIGHT 👀

This one started as just grass… and turned into a clean, durable 10x15 concrete slab built to last 💪

We formed it up, tied rebar into the existing patio & house slab for extra strength, and laid 150 sq ft of wire mesh to lock everything in. Then we poured 2 yards of 3000 PSI concrete with fiber mesh for that added durability.

Finished it off the RIGHT way trowel, bull float, helicopter, and a broom finish for a clean, slip-resistant surface 🔥

And yes! this includes EVERYTHING:
