One thing I love about flower farming is playing with less conventional plant material. Take a moment and appreciate the simplicity of these blooms and the calmness the chartreuse color provides. This is typically grown as a food crop and I don’t think many would associate this particular plant as a “flowering plant”.

Here’s a prime example of locally grown flower quality compared to the imported grocery store blooms. The tulip is nearly 3’ tall which is nearly 3 times the size of traditional supermarket blooms. Talk about impact!!!!!

Mother’s Day is blooming again at Sand Hill

We’re so excited to welcome back for their 3rd Mother’s Day with us!

Eucalyptus season is here!!!! This is just one bunch of my locally grown FRESH eucalyptus. This can be enjoyed in a vase or hung in a shower and smells absolutely wonderful.

I crazily added 30 specialty roses to the farm this year and as each one blooms I am absolutely falling in love. Although I am not sure who loves them more, me or the deer….😳. While they may not have the best vase life for a bouquet there is no denying their beauty. I’m beyond excited to start offering locally grown roses of the caliber to my customers. I just know you all will love them.
