I HAD THE CHANCE LIKE NO OTHER....the opportunity to present at BUILDING SCIENCE SUMMER CAMP!!!. This is a scrutinizing crowd made up of some of the very best minds in building today. Yes, and I had the privilege to share my thoughts with them. 🚧 DEMO DAY is finally here! 🚧 After a month-long extensive salvage phase, we're excited to start the "New Age Estate" for our clients in Andover. As a company standard, we remove and save all cabinetry, appliances, electrical, and plumbing fixtures at a minimum before demolition. On this particular project, we also removed hardscaping, built-in millwork, a roof-mounted solar array, and two Tesla powerwalls. All saved materials will either get reused in the new house or donated locally. With some thoughtful planning, the existing pool and pool deck will be reused and will remain in close proximity to the new home.

NEW YEAR - NEW TECHNOLOGY COMING........With the New Year coming I have been coming up to speed with my new Vibe Board. I think it will be a game changer for me, and my presentations. I put together a teaser video to show you some of the power the Board has. I have very specific needs for its use, but there is alot more to it. You can use it for online meetings, in house meetings, a teaching tool for weekly meetings, as a Mentor tool for the employees in the company. Everytime I turn it on, I learn a new angle of use......check out the video as I highlight some of the tools I will be using.....
