Robert George Design Group Ltd. To us, every site has unique needs and characteristics that effect how it should be shaped.

We are a small family owned business providing full service, interior and exterior design services throughout the Ulster, Dutchess and Columbia County regions—our designs reflect the unique environment and history of the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountain region. In our thirty years of service, we have worked consistently with local craftspeople and suppliers: woodworkers, stonemasons, ceramicist

s, and blacksmiths, among many others. We consider the relationship of the space with the seasons, raw materials, and cultivated materials, so that it may serve as a timeless art form of landscape construction. Our goal is for the space to serve as a place where one can be at peace with the world. Whether your interest is in small public art and sculptural projects, or a community trail connecting the towns, or even a statewide local farm collective; we look for philanthropic partners with uncommon perspectives. Robert George, landscape architect and designer, holds a degree from Bard College and studied horticulture and landscape design at SUNY Delhi. He is also a lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley.
